Collection: Our Olive Oils

Explore our collection of extra virgin olive oils — led by LUVIA Classic, cold-extracted from Aegean olives for exceptional freshness and purity.

Why Turkish olive oil

Anatolia has been growing olives for more than four thousand years. It is where much of the Mediterranean's olive culture began — and yet Turkish oil remains largely unknown on British shelves, where Italian, Greek and Spanish labels dominate. That gap is the reason LUVIA exists.

Our olives are grown in the sunlit groves of Western Türkiye and cold-extracted within hours of picking. Speed matters more in olive oil than almost anything else: the longer the fruit waits between harvest and press, the more of its aroma and antioxidants are lost. Our oil is single-origin and unblended, so every bottle is traceable to where it grew.

What the lab says

Every batch is independently tested. LUVIA Classic measures 0.40% acidity — less than half the 0.8% ceiling that legally defines extra virgin — alongside a peroxide value of 12.8 meq O₂/kg and zero detected defects.

We publish these figures because most brands don't, and because they are the only objective way to tell a fresh oil from a tired one.
